All the promotions and deals are only to be applied for online shopping, so any of these promtions that are listed here can not be used in the stores location. We have created these promotions to accomadate our online shoppers and to make their online shopping experience as easy and fun as possible. SHIPPING

Free Shipping will be applied on orders over $74 within the following guidlines:

• Orders must be within the contiguous United States.
• Free Shipping is not valid on all international orders.
• Sorry but we can't ship Billabong orders internationally.
• All orders that are returned will be charged the original shipping charges even if free shipping was applied. Sorry for any inconvenience this may present.
• APO, FPO, and PO Boxes do not qualify for free shipping. It does not qualify for free shipping because UPS does not deliver to these.
• Free shipping does not apply to oversized items such as: Surfboards, Bikes, Skimboards, Bodyboards, etc.

TAX INFORMATION

There will be no sales tax applied within the following guidlines:

• Tax will not be applied with online orders only.
• Tax will be not be applied on orders with the exception of New Jersey.

FREE GIFT WITH PURCHASE

A free gift with purchase will be applied with the following guidelines:

• Promotion will apply as long as our supply lasts on these items.
• When our supply ends there will be no subsitutes. Sorry for any inconvenience.
